In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, compensation is limited to its actual cash value
and shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or US$20/kg or US$9.07/Ib for shipments transported by air or other non-load mode of transportation; or US$10/kg or US$4.54/Ib for shipments transported by road (not applicable to the US).

In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, the compensation is limited to S$60 for Documents and S$150 for Packages.
Compensation is based on the actual value of the item or the above mentioned whichever is lower.
