Ritzcufflinks.com has partnered with SingPost and SpeedPost to offer our clients the very best in domestic and international shipping. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, all deliveries must be made to a residential or business address. For Security reasons, Ritzcufflinks.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay of your order as well as re-routing fees charged to your account. Refunds on refusal of shipments of orders placed would be the total amount less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee applied to and from Ritzcufflinks.com via SingPost and SpeedPost.
Singapore Shipments
Ritzcufflinks.com offers FREE shipping on all orders within the Republic of Singapore. Delivery will usually take 2-3 days upon verification of payment from the date of processing your orders.
International Orders
For International orders, we charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery/courier service provider (speedpost) and the selected mode of delivery in order to ship the ordered merchandise to you. There's no handling fee or other hidden costs.
Ship out time
Upon clearance of the payment, we can normally ship out within 1-2 days.
Though rarely happens, if there is an out-of-stock situation, you will be notified by email immediately and given the choice to cancel the order, change the order or wait for the re-supply.

Packing
All goods are packed in thick, opaque brown bubble envelope whenever possible. For larger volume, carton box will be used. All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
Transit Time
Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and custom delays. If a time range is indicated, the lower range refers to the estimated time to reach major cities.
Return Policy
Our main goal is to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with any item, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. You must contact us within three (3) business days from the day you received the shipment. A Return Authorization Number will be provided by our customer service staff. Merchandise must be returned in their undamaged, intact original condition, including immediate packaging, within twelve (12) days from the day you have submitted a report with us and received the Return Authorization Number. Please attach your order reference number and the return authorization number with the returned merchandise to expedite the process. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We will be please to make a replacement depends on our availability of stock. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. If the replacement is not available, a refund excluding the shipping charges will be issued in the form of the original payment method. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. If defective situation is noticed over seven (7) days after delivery will not be eligible for our return policy. Only merchandise returns in its original intact and undamaged package will be accepted. Ritzcufflinks DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We reserved the rights to decline any goods return that does not conform to above requirements.
